Why do people make the decision to work with you?
Business owners make the decision to work with us for several reasons.
First, because they are tired of all the “should dos” and “have to” that fill up their to do list every day. Furthermore, they are tired of feeling bad about what is not getting done. They would like to get back to the time when they celebrated their accomplishments.
Second, because they realize the value of their time. They realize that to truly leverage their time and provide the best use for their time, there are tasks that they do not need to be doing and are better delegated.
Lastly, they are tired of missing time with the family, tackling hobbies and relaxing because they are working all the time.
What is the most challenging part of people making the decision to work with you?
Perfection. Because this is a new type of relationship for many people, they don’t want to make a mistake. What we have found is that it is like any other relationship. If you look for perfection, you will never make the decision. Every time we begin working with a client it is a learning process. We have to learn what their likes and dislikes are: what is the best method of communication, what is their work-style, and what is the best method to tackle their project.
Why should I use your services?
When we speak with clients for the first time it is common to hear them say I am a business owner, I got to this level through hard work, I am here for a reason, I should be able to do this. We do not argue any of these points. You are right. You are here because of your abilities, vision, foresight, and desire. We are to here to help you keep moving in that direction. We let you focus on what you do best.
How do I know what services to let you help me with?
For many business owners it is very hard to give up work. Although many of the tasks may not be getting done, it is how they identify their worth and self esteem.
The way we like to approach it is by asking these questions:
-
What do you love doing?
-
What do you hate doing?
-
What are you not getting done?
-
Out of the things that I do not do, what is necessary?
-
What tasks are crucial to my business success?
-
What are the tasks that I do on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis that I do not feel are the best use of my time?

How do you charge for your work?
That depends on the nature of the assignment, the type of work, and our work agreement. We provide services on a retainer, hourly, and project basis. It depends more on your needs.
Many of our clients work with us for a predetermined number of hours per month, some on a special project basis, and some when the need arises.
How do I know what you will be working on when you are working with me?
If we are working with you on a particular type of work, it is very easy to know what we are working on. This is most common with clients that work with us for bookkeeping services and marketing support. However, whenever possible we like to have a procedure in place for handling your projects. This eliminates the guesswork and lets you know when to expect what.
For those clients that work with us on a project basis, we are given the assignment, we go to work, and return the completed assignment on or before the agreed upon due date.
Are you insured?
Yes we are insured. We gladly supply our current generic certificate of insurance to all clients. Additionally, we will be glad to have our agent send you a certificate. When she sends you a certificate, you are placed on the list of clients who will be notified if there are any changes in our policy.
Who works with you?
We work with business owners who understand the value of their time and do not want the burden of managing additional employees. Additionally, the business owners that work with us not only understand the value of their time, they leverage it for the greatest competitive advantage.
Software is great and it can make you more productive – only if you use it or have the time to use it.
Frequently, we help businesses get their information in the proper format to import into the software so that using it can be a breeze. In other instances, we will get everything set up, train the key people, and help to maintain the data.
